Job Description
Our client is a prestigious technology business solutions firm with international offices and seeks to hire a Customer Information System (CIS) Analyst with Utilities experience (Gas, Electric or Water). The qualified candidate must have excellent analytical skills, writing skills, and communication skills. Ideal candidate may be located anywhere within the US.
Responsibilities:
- Will be resposible for defining the clients web self service, strategy and technology
- Will be a web strategy consultant, to define a roadmap for customer self service over web
- Will act as a consultant at various client locations involving customer service applications
Requirements:
- Experience with web self-service, web portal, customer experience for utility industry.
- Familiarity with business processes in the utility industry
- Experienced in developing website strategy for the utility, and implementing customer facing portal for them.
- Billing – meter to cash process knowledge
- Knowledge of some standard Billing COTS products like Nirvanasoft, Lodestar Billing
- Knowledge of some standard CIS COTS products like Oracle CCB, SAP ISU
- Knowledge of Customer/1 legacy CIS package
- Work on customer's Web strategy/Website strategy
- Travel required
